Isolaverde

Isolaverde is a small location in the Municipality of Chioggia, situated between the mouths of the Rivers Brenta and Adige, with high natural sand dunes.

Well-known for its soil which is particularly suitable for horticultural production, it has now become a renowned centre for seaside tourism with facilities surrounded by greenery.

The quality of the sand with a marked presence of augite, silicates and micaceous elements, along with moderate ventilation rich in iodine, make this location particularly suitable for heliotherapy (sun cures), well known for physical well-being by the University of Padua and for excellent sunbathing.

The shallow sea with sloping sea bed near the shore-line is particularly suitable for children bathing.
